Sportster Ironhead Hardtail 1957-1978 SP1600I
This hardtail is designed to fit all Sportster models built between 1957 and 1978 except XLCR's. This is a
simple to install weld on hardtail and still gives you a complete look with nice lines. These are 100% tig
welded in a jig by a professional welder. Available in any stretch and axle height. Please specify desired
stretch, desired ride height, and your rear tire size. Desired ride height is the distance from the ground to
the bottom of the frame rail. These are made to order and will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
Specs:
1.5" diameter x .120 wall backbone and center post sections
1" diameter x .120" wall seat tubes and bottom tubes
3/8" thick axle plates with 3/4" slot (includes stainless steel adjuster bolts)
1/2" thick lower frame mounts and upper mounting plate
includes solid billet plug that slips into your backbone
